Lunch With A Girlfriend began in 2017 over lunch with a dear friend who encouraged me to share my discoveries on style, health, and wellness during my years as a stay at home mom. I believe in addition to raising healthy and confident kids, motherhood is an opportunity to be the best version of you.

In motherhood, our friendships take on new roles: we are conspirators, confiders, and confidence builders. I love my lunches with girlfriends. They inspire me and give me the courage to try new things. I hope that Lunch With A Girlfriend will stir that within you too. After all, life is not about finding yourself, it is about creating yourself.

Born and raised in Michigan, I moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating college. A recovering lawyer, I was a congressional aide before deciding to stay at home with my three kids and make Arlington, Virginia my place of work. I love to make connections, build my mom network, and share a good tip with a girlfriend (over lunch, of course).
