One of the hottest trends this fall is the over-the-knee boot. I know a lot of you are on the fence about them. I think a lot of the hesitation with wearing over-the-knee boots is they can give a lady of the night vibe if they are not paired with the right outfit. So today I’m going to show you two ways to wear over-the-knee boots — and keep it classy at the same time.

By themselves, these boots are sexy. A body con dress with a short hem can make this look go south really fast. To keep things going in the right direction, try juxtaposing these boots with a demure dress to downplay their sex appeal.. A sweet floral print will do the trick. Floral dresses with smock necks and drop-waists are popular right now and pair well with over-the-knee boots.
I also like to wear my over-the-knee boots with my skinny jeans and a sweater. The clothing is modest and the over-the-knee boots add another layer of interest to the outfit. Not to mention — warmth. With fall officially making an appearance in the D.C. area this is a great way to keep warm and stay stylish this season.
