Like most of you I use electronic invitations for most of the gatherings I host but there are certain special occasions that call for beautiful stationery. Now that my oldest is thirteen the bar mitzvah invitations have been rolling in. Next year, I’ll be planning parties for his Confirmation and my youngest’s First Communion. You might have a bridal shower or graduation party on the horizon. Or maybe you just want some old school stationery for your business or personal use. I know that finding good quality stationery is difficult to find so I want to share a discovery with you today.
I recently tried Basic Invite when I was on the hunt for custom stationery for Lunch With A Girlfriend. I wanted high quality stationery at an affordable price AND I wanted to be able to custom design it using my website colors. I could have gone through the graphic design company that did my business logo but I knew that would be a much more expensive endeavor. So I was excited when I came upon Basic Invite and saw that once you select a design you can also customize elements of the stationery down to the tiniest detail. They have a huge selection of colors so you can make sure the item looks just the way you want. That’s really important to me because sometimes I like to combine elements of ideas I’ve seen. With Basic Invite you can do that. I love that!
I’m also a visual person and I really want to see my final product before it goes to print because sometimes things look very different in the design process than they do in the proof. Basic Invite provides custom samples of your order so you can hold it in hand and see exactly how it will print before you place your order.
Once you design your card, there are options for different envelopes, envelope liners (I love the little pop of pattern, metallic, or color these add!), and address designs on the front.
Even though I was just shopping for business stationery I couldn’t help but browse their selection of invitations. They have really cute bar and bat mitzvah invites, graduation party invites and don’t even get me started on the baby shower invites. Most of my friends are past the baby-making stage but I’m holding out hope that one or two of them (you know who you are) will have a baby so I can order one of these cute monkey or airplane-themed shower invites and host a baby shower! You can also do custom holiday cards too so I’ll be heading back this way holiday season to look at their selection of family photo cards.
All their stationery and invitations are 15% off with code 15FF51
