I made a lot of observations about fashion during my time in Paris. Parisian women are always so chic and always in an effortless and simple way. Like they just rolled out of bed and threw on what was comfortable but it all fits together so stylishly. You know what the one item of clothing that every girl in Paris has: a blazer.
Parisian women wear pieces that are simple, classic, and chic. The typical Parisian’s uniform is a blazer, jeans, a t shirt. The blazer was ubiquitous whether for a day at the office or for a meet up at a cafe.
While the preference for a tailored versus an oversized blazer may come and go, the blazer is an absolute essential. Why? It finishes an outfit. You can wear it with jeans, dresses, shorts — pretty much everything. A navy blazer is a classic choice but a plaid one can be very versatile too.
